Altitude Training Systems (ATS) offers internationally recognised training courses for personal trainers and sports coaches.
This level 2 Advanced course is essential for all Instructors working with Simulated Altitude Training equipment and is a follow on from our Altitude Course Level 1.
In addition to a Level 1 review the course covers Advanced Training Protocols, Research and Physiology, Altitude Integration, Training Considerations and incorporates hands on proven experience by the fitness professional undertaking the course.
